Larry
decides
to
visit
Catbells
this
month.
Early
one
morning - 7:15am -
we
set
off
to
climb
this
shapely
hill! |
|
|
Catbells,
nearly
there
we
decided
to
take
a
breather and admire the early morning view over Derwentwater and Keswick. Larry doesn't want to sit for too long so after a few moments we are on the move again. |

Made
it
at
last,
after
a
few
seconds
of
well
earned
rest
Larry
was
off
exploring,
I
had
trouble
keeping
up
with
him.
We
both
enjoyed
the
experience |

Slate
seat on the Cumbrian
Way footpath is in
memory
of
the
Lakeland
author
Sir
Hugh
Walpole. His house where he wrote a few of his wonderful stories is just below throught the trees. |

Larry
and
I
walked
back
along
the
Cumbrian
Way
footpath
which
runs
along
part
way
down
Catbells
but
follows
the
