Another clear, bright autumn day

Another clear, bright autumn day.

Lakeland author Sir Hugh Walpole's grave in St Johns grave yard.

Catbells.

Some autumn rock colours.

Catbells in the late afternoon sun.

The autumn day was very mild, just the right conditions for baby spiders to migrate. The white lines are spider webs.

Larry waiting patiently for me to catch up.

A nice day and a nice walk to Portenscale.

The Keswick Cottage hospital with Skiddaw in the background.

The river Derwent just outside Portenscale.

Bull rushes and yachts.

Larry on the look out for another sandwich!
